Kelimoli (the "App") is a mobile application designed to help users learn English vocabulary. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and your rights.
By using the App, you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect

Anonymous Use: You can use the App without creating an account. In that case, only an anonymous identifier (UID) is generated; no personal data is collected.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- Your real name, date of birth, or phone number
- Location data (GPS or IP-based)
- Contacts, photos, microphone recordings
- Browsing history or activity in other apps
3. Third-Party Services
Kelimoli uses the following services. Each has its own privacy policy.
3.1 Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics)
3.2 Google AdMob
- Purpose: In-app ads (banner + interstitial).
- Data: AAID (advertising ID), device type, network info.
- Personalized Ads: You can disable via your device settings ("Reset Advertising ID" / "Opt out of Ads Personalization").

3.3 Capacitor Local Notifications
- Purpose: Daily reminder notifications.
- Notification permission is requested on your device; you may decline.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Operating the App — sign-in, progress tracking.
- Personalization — recommending vocabulary at your level, leaderboard ranking.
- Communication — in-app error reports (we do not send unsolicited emails).
- App improvement — anonymous usage statistics.
- Advertising — ads in the free tier.
We Do Not Sell Your Data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained until you delete your account.
- Anonymous session data is retained for 12 months.
- To delete your account, email muhammetmucahit56@gmail.com with subject "Account deletion request". All your data will be deleted within 30 days.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access — find out what data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data.
- Object — object to processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Children's Privacy
Kelimoli is intended for users aged 13 and older. If we learn that a user is under 13, we delete the account. If you believe your child has provided information without consent, please contact us.
8. Security
- Passwords are hashed by Firebase Authentication using industry-standard methods.
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Firestore security rules ensure each user can only read their own data.
That said, no system is 100% secure; we take all reasonable measures.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date and notify users of material changes within the App.
